Our mission is to deliver the highest quality workmanship, on time and on budget, while always prioritizing our clients’ needs and preferences. The owner of Kwali Group, Marius van der Westhuizen, used to be the Construction Manager of Kwali Mark Construction. Between Marius van der Westhuizen and his right-hand man Niel Steyn, they have accumulated over 40 years’ experience in the construction and property industry.
Our team has worked on projects of all scales and styles, from residential renovations to commercial developments. We are proud to have collaborated with numerous architects such as HDK Architects, Johan van Zyl Architects, Van Biljon Barnardo Architects, MLH Architects, Lifestyle Architecture and Pieter van Heerden Architecture, to name a few.

2006 NHBRC ‘Builder of the Year’ Western Cape Province. (R1.5m)
Awarded 2004 NHBRC ‘Most Recommended Builder of the Year’ in the Western Cape Province.
Completion of one of the largest retirement village in the Western Cape Province: 352 free standing houses and an administration block incorporating kitchen, dining hall, ladies bar, as well as hair salon and library and also included is the comprehensive frail care facility.

By making health and safety a top priority, we not only ensure the wellbeing of our team, but also contribute to the overall success of our projects. We understand that accidents can happen on any job site, which is why we always have a fully stocked first aid kit and emergency response plan in place. We also ensure that all of our equipment and tools are regularly maintained and inspected for safety.
