Nie net is die gebou op tyd en binne begroting voltooi nie, maar julle aandag aan detail was vir my besonders. Dit is die eerste projek wat ek doen (en ek het al ‘n paar gedoen) wat sonder spanning afgeloop het en waar ek gevind het dat julle standaarde van afwerking selfs hoër was as my eie.

Die 2 persone waarmee ek gereeld in kontak was, Dewald en Elzanne het hulle uitstekend van hul taak gekwyt.

Ek sal julle span beslis aanbeveel vir enige nuwe projekte en indien ek enige nuwe projek sou doen sal julle die eerste wees om die geleentheid te kry om te kwoteer.

Kwali Mark Construction se personeel is baie professioneel – ek het van dag een af tuis gevoel en die personeel met wie ek te doen gehad het, het altyd probeer om dinge seepglad te laat verloop en selfs die ekstra myl te loop.  Sperdatums word bereik en afsprake word stiptelik nagekom.  Vir gemoedsrus beveel ek Kwali Mark Construction met die grootste vrymoedigheid aan!

I am residing and working in Ghana and the housing project resumed in my absence in Brackenfell, Cape Town.

I was swept off my feet on the day I flew to Cape Town to meet with Elzanne and Niel. It meant a lot to me that Schalk van der Westhuizen honoured the meeting with his presence. And I knew right there and then that I am showered in excellent, and capable hands.  That’s a majestic touch that surely Kwali Mark Construction has perfected over the years – it values all clients irrespective of the value of the building project that they embark on. Not only that, from the first email sent, to the application of the building loan, you were with me through and through.

Oh wow! I am speechless with the splendid building project you’ve completed in my absence. All the rooms, touches and finishes are immaculate. Huge heaps of appreciation for a job well done. I am happier than most living mortals and over the moon. The work ethic has surpassed my expectations and your professionalism incomparable.  Your constant feedback I have been receiving in Accra, Ghana was transcendent.
